Legal notice
1. Without a special arrangement, the clients right to use the pictures is limited to a single use and exclusively for the purpose these pictures have been ordered for.
2. The name of the photographer has to be mentioned absolutely on every reproduction as follow : © Stéphane D. Schlup/www.frameforce.com
If this mention should be missing, an extra charge of 100% will be added to the normal price.
3. The photographer will spontaneously and freely receive at least two copies of the reproducted work.
4. The photographer discharges himself of any pretention of anybody after the publication of the pictures.
5. Juridiction: Court of Geneva. For delivery abroad, only the Swiss law is applicable.
6. Without other agreement, every single utilisation by the client of the photographic work delivred involves the full acceptation of the present conditions.
7. The client has to formulate in writing any reclamation under six open days starting the day of the delivery. After this dead line, the photographic work is considered accomplished at the full satisfaction of the client and invoiced.
